Born in June 1939, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, he has lost his hearing. In 1954 he graduated from Hangzhou Wushan Deaf-Mute School, in succession he has worked as a propaganda secretary at Hangzhou City Production Team of Fine Arts and Hangzhou Welfare Working Factory, and got retired in 1999. Now he is a member of Hangzhou City Association of Artists, a member of China Fraternity Association of Disabled Person’s Fine Arts, and the vice president of Hangzhou City Association of Disabled Person’s Stamp Collection.
